BULLETIN BOARDS — The bulletin boards are located in the halls between the narthex (the church entrance or foyer) and Fellowship Hall.  Each congregation has a picture directory and "up-and-coming activities" boards.

CHURCH MASTER CALENDAR — Our church building is shared by two congregations so it's important that all events are added to the master calendar.  We use an online calendar which is maintained by the office administrator Dennis Elliott in the church office.  The online calendar that allows you to see all events occuring at our church (including UCC & community events).  If you want to see everything scheduled at the church, look for the yellow box on the top right, and change the blue arrow to "All Interest Groups" if you want to only view ECA, AVUCC, or Youth events use the same box to select what you want to view.  A print version of this calendar is located just outside the church office, and is also maintained by the church office.  To request use of the church for an event, please email office@jointventurechurches.org or submit your request in writting to the church office. 

CHURCH DIRECTORY (ROSTER) — Our church directory is published yearly.  New members receive a directory during their welcoming breakfast.  If you need another directory, you may pick up a copy or two in the church office.

EMAIL LIST — This list is used for our midweek bulletin, which is emailed out every Wednesday.  The list is not used for any commercial purposes, nor for sharing jokes, and the messages are kept to a minimum.  If you would like to be added, please call the church office.

MIDWEEK BULLETIN — A midweek bulletin is sent by email every Wednesday.  The information is also posted on our News and Events webpage.  See the information above for signing up to receive the midweek bulletin.

SHAPE — ECA's monthly newsletter.  The deadline for submitting articles is the 15th of each month.  Anyone can submit an article on a computer disk with printout or hard copy, hard copy graphics may also be submitted as well.  When submitting an article include your name and phone number, just in case there are any questions, and leave it in the Shape file folder outside the offices, or e-mail Alex Dykes at newsdesk@eca-sj.org

SUNDAY BULLETIN — A church bulletin is handed out each Sunday as you enter the sanctuary.  We also post a copy of the Sunday bulletin on our website.  Announcements for the bulletin are due by the Wednesday before.  You can email,  call the church or bring your announcement to the office. 

WEBSITE — The information on ECA's Website is provided by a dedicated volunteer who cheerfully sacrifices her sleep for this worthy endeavor.  We are constantly updating the information on this site.  If you see something that is outdated, or you would like to have new information added, please contact the newsdesk@eca-sj.org.
