New Business:
Peter Mayo discussed the ECA profile and made a recommendation that the

new rector prior to Nolan’s retirement that is scheduled for July 2002.
Peter estimates that this process will take at least one year to complete.
Nolan feels this is very important for the ECA congregation. The search
committee will use the church profile.
Dave Thomas volunteered for overseeing the process for updating the ECA
profile.
The next Vestry meeting will be held April 10th, 7:30 pm, at the rectory.
