Opening Prayer

Approval of Minutes
Recommendation: The Vestry minutes for 10/8/02 were passed as
amended.
Fundraiser
Ken stated efforts for the Nov. 2nd fundraiser are progressing.
The committee continues to meet every Friday night, auction items
are being gathered/donated, and parishioners are volunteering their
help. The credit card machine will be available and ready for use at
the fundraiser. Details of coordinating/planning the event were
discussed.
Junior Warden's Report
See attached for the junior warden report. A discussion was held
about the long-range plan that was submitted to the Vestry for
review and approval. The Vestry will review the plan at a later date
due to other pressing issues. Allan recommended a sub group of the
vestry perform a final review, submit it to the Vestry for approval,
and present it to the congregation at the annual meeting. No
agreements were made to proceed further with the long-range plan.
Belinda made the suggestion to review/discuss the plan in January.
No agreement was reached.
Rector's Comments
Stephen recommended the Vestry meet monthly for November and
December. Many are in agreement.
Youth Group
Ginger reported the youth group is meeting once a month and
there is good attendance.
