Old Business:

The Rectory termite inspection was completed. Removal of the deck in the backyard was recommended. A team of volunteers will be assembled to remove the deck.. A trash bin will be rented to remove the debris.

New Business:

1. Sandra Mueller reported on the Deanery Meeting. Highlights included mention that the upcoming Dioceses Budget has $200,000 in unbudgeted requests. Details are available in a separate report, entitled, "Report from Deanery", September 10, 2000 by Sandra Mueller provided to the vestry. This report will be filed with the minutes and is available to all.

Nolan presented a number of photos of modular buildings. The intent was to give vestry members a better idea of the features and benefits of this type of building.

3. Discussion regarding the building expansion effort. The unanimous consensus is that the function of a new building would be to provide multi-purpose space. It would not be to create another sanctuary.

The Budget for 2001 was reviewed
