Lights… Camera… Action! is a drama program being offered at ECA. This program will consist of 6 sessions of 90 minutes preparing a drama, sets, and costumes. All participants must be willing to have speaking parts in our drama appropriate to their age and abilities which they will be required to memorize. All participants will be given opportunities to help in the design and creation of sets and props. The drama presentation will be highlighted at a special family event & worship service in the Episcopal tradition on a Saturday following the classes. Participation at the family event & service is a requirement of participating in this drama experience.
“The Baker Who Loved to Bake Bread” has been adapted from the book, Tales of the Kingdom, by David and Karen Mains. It teaches us a lesson in serving others and those less fortunate.
We need at least 10 Participants to hold this class. Children must be 7 to 12 years old. Six-year-old children who have participated in other programs offered by ECA, and are completing first grade may be accepted by special permission of the director. Please contact Susie Ferguson, firstname.lastname@example.org.
